I signed something like this last year. It was a photocopy in Thai, leaving blank spaces for:

name of owner*

address of dwelling

name of renter**

date of commencement of contract

period of contract

amount of rent per month

(and spaces for signatures)

Much appreciated if anyone has a blank copy of such a beast, that could be pinned here.

I have a rental contract drawn up by a Thai lawyer.

If you want a copy I can forward you one for 500bt or £10GBP.

I used in for 3 years and it's in English.

Contract ion the internet are rubbish.
