yes SJ and my lady that supplies me with these yummy snacks told me to deep fry them (after peeling off the hard green cover on each seed or crush them into nam prik , or add to an omlette .. and and ...) and yes they are just like fresh crunchy peas..

She also told me they make you sleepy !!!
