she does the same with the chickens too, as some hens will hatch a couple of eggs and jump out and take them walking, so again she collects the eggs and into the incubator,,

Looks like it will soon be ready for the sheeting to go on.

Were you able to salvage any material from the last building?

The couple of sheets and timber the government ended up giving will make at outside toilet, the rest of old iron will be stored for another project later and the timber will be used to make shelves and a nice work bench.

Still welding and painting to do,will order roof sheeting tomorrow.

Have to shoot off for a couple of days work so should be at cementing the walls stage

Here's a papaya that came up beside our pig pens. This is the fourth flush of fruit. (there were 6) I estimated about 400+ kilos of fruit from this one plant. Most we gave away, but all of the fruit I took off this plant had no seeds. Now this plant was grown from seed by me. It did get it's fair share of pig poo, but no seeds and so prolific? We had another plant that produced seeded fruit, but just as prolific. The power of pig poo?

Regards.

I am not not sure, Shaggy, there are so many ducks, next door, but none are turning all brown... yet...

There are some a little bigger which I think might be the Songkhla brown ducks but they are still yellow feathered... so still hoping! wink.png

I have never seen a Papaya that full before.

Very, very impressive.....and what's all this about pig pens?

We used to grow out porkers in Khao Yai. I'll dig out some old photos.

Regards.

A 1000-liter tank, a high power spray and its ghostly cousin, we (wife &

me) covered 13 rai by lunchtime.

100% organic fertilizer; sure beats hiring people and it only cost about

B300 for gas!

Fertilizer is home made from kitchen leftovers.

Here are some of the Songhkla supposedly to turn "brown" ducks...(today) still yellow, but growing... not sure when they turn colour or get their adult feathers....

I am sure someone around here knows !!!? The white duck seems to be trying to get them in order! wink.png

Judging by the shape of their bodies and their orange bills and feet they are going to be white Campbell ducks Jim,the same as the photo below.

Male Campbells have a curly tail when adult,a slightly bigger build and a soft quack.....the females are more dainty and are a lot more vocal....so nothing new there whistling.gif
