Seen some in Homepro, Buriram, Swedish steel but the handle much too short for my taste. Actually a bit shovel shaped but you can dig your garden with it.

Usually stainlees steel spades are used for cermonial plantings when a silver spade is not available .

I am not too sure if they have any other advantages over a properly cared for shovel or spade.

Where are you? HomeShop in Roi Et, on the Airport road opposite Koncept Furniture, has a range of stainless steel garden tools, spades, forks, hoes, edge trimming tools etc. They look imported from Europe, maybe UK, the name on the handle is Rutland.
