According to samfirmware it is out in China, Spain, Nordic, Italy; just over the past few weeks. It should eventually get here, maybe in the next few months.

I like the multi-window feature.

I flashed the JB for Nordic countries, but I don't see the multiwindow feature anywhere, or I just don't know how to activate it. Any ideas?

After some reading I suspect that the official update will NOT have a multi-window feature. There're a few other things missing comparing to the S3 JB, like ripple effect on the locked screen.

The multi-window and ripple screen features can however be enabled through the MODS. More info on the XDA forum.

Shurup, which method did you use to flash the Nordic JB?

I used the Mobile Odin, that's the easiest method I think. Your phone has to be rooted to install the mobile Odin and when flashing the new firmware there's even an option to keep the phone rooted while flashing so there will be no exclamation triangle. All you do is download the firmware file, open it in the mobile odin, click start and sit back and wait for it to finish. All your apps and data will remain unless you check the option to wipe data and cache. Modile odin awailable in the play store for $5 or you could get it for free on the XDA forum (search for it on the forum).

Another option is to use the Odin on PC and I DO believe you don't need to root your phone for that but I'm not 100% certain, I never used it. I think it's almost as simple to use it as the mobile version. It's also can be found on the XDA forum, search for it.

Here's the topic that I started after I flashed the new firmware:

I have always had xda roms on the phone. I would have to agree, that this nordic file is very good. My phone is faster than before.

However, it went into a boot loop and I had to boot into recovery and wipe and reset data before it would finally boot to the screen. I also used mobile odin.Great little program, but its recovery boot does not allow you to flash anything from sd card, except update.zip.

And when I used the titanium-created update.zip, nothing happened. This was actually good, as it forced me to install the apps I use most and keep the rest off.

I actually did wiped the data and cache this time, it freed up a lot of room on my phone, not sure were the storage space was, probably occupied by the leftover files from hundreds of apps that I tried and uninstalled. After flash I reinstalled all the apps that I needed from the market and used the Titanium backup to restore the apps' data only. My phone if blazing fast and the battery life improved also.

Great info thanks! Now you mentioned it has to be rooted. Which method did you use? I have an official Thai 4.0.3, build IML74K.DXLPB

I believe using the Odin for PC, you don't need to root it, but I've never used a PC version of it.

I rooted my phone when I still was on a 2.3.3 and used superoneclick (google it) which I also believe isn't good for rooting ICS phones, but I can be wrong. There are plenty of other methods to root it, all the info can be found on XDA forum (search XDA).

Check the PC Odin though first, I'm pretty sure you don't need to root your phone to use it.
