TallGuyJohninBKK Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 I actually called the Bank of Thailand administrative offices some months back to try to get some information from them about the source or existence of bank card consumer protection provisions here (or lack of them). I'm assuming something exists somewhere, because pretty much all of the Thai banks seem to have the same general liability policies. I got an English speaking officer in the correct department, explained what I was trying to find out, he promised to call me back. Never got a call back. Called back to them a couple more times, never got a call back. Gave up in the end.
