My take is that at less than 8000 a month you're looking at guest houses towards the medium/basic end of the market.

There's plenty near the bus station, walk west to JedYod Street.

I suggest you do a wifi check from the foyer/office before booking in.

There are a number of coffee shops in the area with good wifi so there's no reason the guest houses shouldn't have it as well.

As I live here my experience with temporary accommodation is only second-hand of course.
