Is this illegal?
My condo has many maintenance workers but the common areas are sh**! Nothing ever gets repaired. When pressing the condo about why the workers aren’t working in the common areas, the committee says bc they get calls every day to fix things in peoples room. And apparently they are fixing things for free. I never thought about this because I never called for maintenance. Now the condo is increasing the CAM fee because they need more maintenance and are specifically citing work in private units. I can’t even believe the put it in writing This seems like a violation of the condominium act as it specifically states that CAM fees are to be used to maintenance of common areas, staff salaries, regular expenses etc. Nothing about fixing stuff in ppls rooms for free. So my fees are subsidizing ppls rooms. And to top it off, we have millions in the sinking fund, yet they are funneling some of the cam fees into the sinking fund without co-owner approval. So basically are cam fees are being squandered on free room maintence and locked into the sinking fund. To top it off, they refuse to use the sinking fund when there are major repairs and then blow whatever CAM fee is accumulated on major emergency maintenance. Am I right to cite this as multiple violations of the Condominium Act? I think the CAM fees should be using for common area maintence, the sinking fund should be used when there’s a major repair, and no free maintenance should be done in peoples rooms. Also the commitee should be getting approval from co-owners b4 dumping money into sinking fund, which they don’t. I mean unless I’m reading the condo act wrong .. Im tempted to complain about this to the land department bc we never have money or workers for repairs in common areas and it’s driving me insane. Feels like total abuse and mismanagement -

Yea, what exactly are you trying to say there? It's just careless and really stupid to put such a powerful hallucinogen into candy. Another really good reason to outlaw weed again in Thailand. Too many irresponsible high flyers getting loaded and not taking care of their children. Poor child most kids like eat things that taste good don't you know? Candy is mostly marketed to kids. wake up?? I guess you dont realize how much Thai people prospered when he was PM. He did allot of good for the people, He helped the famers, which no politician in Thailand did before. Has his time passed, yes it has. However, to say he is a disgrace seems to show you dont know what he was charged with and what he did for the Thai people. Here's a few things he did as PM. He injected funds into agriculture programs providing low interest loans to Famers, Village Development Funds, Village managed Microcredit loans. He started the 30 baht medical program,(universal healthcare) he initiated the One TamBon program, which again helped the lower income and small mom and pop business. Allot of massive infrastructure projects inculding getting the airport completed. GDP went from a little under 5 Trillion to a little over 7 Trillion. Foreign exchange reserves almost doubled to $60+ Billion. He balanced the budget!!! I recall Thai's being happy at the time with business thriving, our company had projects lined up for years to come due to all the plant expansions and new factories being built. Export's were up! Tourism was just starting to take off. This might be the reason he was elected as PM the second time in 2005. What was he charged with?? Conflict of interest, for what?? selling is IT company. There were also some land transactions though his wife that were not on the up and up. The war on drugs was an issue too, however corruption was seen by the international community as being down when we was in office. He did start the crack down on visa runs, visa rules and overstays.
