Fat is definitely good with coffee. slows down the absorption and reduces the jitters as well as protects the digestive tissues from being irritated.

Lots of healthy and tasty fats to put in coffee

Coconut milk or coconut cream. Mostly fat but has some proteins also

Coconut oil

Grass fed butter or ghee (ghee is better for people who react to lactose)

Milk or cream but tough to find grass fed healthy stuff but even that is better than black.

Whatever route you go with adding fats then if well mixed it will taste better. Whipping or blending it will bind the coffee to fats better.

Some would say these fats are bad because they are saturated but others would say very healthy and well handled saturated fats are very beneficial.

Do your own research and decide for yourself if healthy saturated fats are worth including in your diet.
