Passport For Parrot

Somebody knows where can I get veterenarian passport and make vaccinations on Samui (Surat Thani, Phuket etc)? I bought small parrot on Samui and going to the Russia with him

Pet shop next to Makro & Russian restaurant, ask there.

Exporting parrots could be difficult. I think a lot of them are protected.

What kind of parrot is it?

<edit> I did find this: parrot need for CITES certificate from Ministry of environment in THA (certificate that your bird are form aviculture not from wild)
