Does anyone know if there is a test center/language school on Samui where one can do a test to get a certificate like DELF/DALF or TCF/TEF. I know there is one where you can do the TOEFL test for an English language certificate.

You might want to try contacting Alliance Francaise in BKK. They might know where there are accredited test centres in Thailand.

I found the test center of Alliance Francaise in Bangkok. I guess there are no other places but thanks for the tip, I will write them :-)
