Is it possible for an individual to apply for a Work Permit without the need of a Thai Company?

For example some one with a Non Immigrant O Marriage Visa offered local employment contract.

Or is the only way the corporate way.

If the corporate way is the only way, can the Non Immigrant O Marriage Visa be used to support the WP application or is a Non Immigrant B mandatory?

Yes a non immigrant O marriage visa is allowed. Any non immigrant visa is allowed except an extension of stay based on retirement.
