I am heading to Hua Hin for a few days

What are some must sees I should check out. I dont really mean where every tourist is taken too but just some things that are really worth checking out

Also going to rent a scooter there anyone have any recommendations on a place to pick up a bike and how much the going rate for a bike is around there?

cheers

The royal property along the beach north of town is good. You must wear long pants or get a wrap as is the usual case with sites associated with the royal family. Also the winery outside Hua Hin is worth a trip and they have a nice restaurant there. A bit away and you need a car to get there as too far for motorbike riding.

Try Chopsticks Hill (Khao Takiab) aka Monkey Mountain.

About 10 mins South of Hua Hin.

Phraya Nakhon temple in the cave is great.... get into the cave by about 10am so u can see it with sunlight on it's roof if you can

- it is a car journey of 40 mins from hua hin

in hua hin, the beach area directly across from Market Village (the shopping centre) is great

the old town area around the pier is interesting for a stroll late afternoon

Night Market and Grand Market are worth a walk around to in the evening.......

Bintabaht for bars and beers....... enjoy
