Udon has 5 condo projects underway as well as new 'villages' popping up around the ring-road. The city fathers are planning for a new ring-road about 10-12km outside the existing one so expect the land prices for the stuff between the ring-roads to skyrocket. Right now, the inner city has the most expensive real estate but these prices are already extending beyond the existing ring-road.
