Multi User Rom For Galaxy Tab 10.1

Featured Replies

Just downloaded a JB 4.2.2 Rom with Multi User / Guest User ability from the excellent XDA Forum

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2220912

It's an Infamous AOKP Rom (v14) which I've been using for 2 days now however I have been using their v12 for around 5 months with no problems

.

Only bug encountered so far is the volume control has to be pressed on screen to get the true volume the first time and Polaris Office FCs but I've switched to Office Suite 7 already which has superior PPS presentation software.

We have 2 users on 2 separate gmail accounts with their own Apps, Gallery, Emails and logins.

Worth checking out as the battery life appears to be much improved as well as the speed. Plus it breathes new life into the original tab.

I also installed a Rom from XDA Forum on my TF700t. Before it was so slow when scrolling that I almost intended to give up using it.

With the customs made Rom from them, it was like I would have bought a new device.

Last update was before December so I should update again soon to get 4.2.

Install other Roms is a hassle and loosing warranty but it is worth the hassle.....

Doubt the warranty is in effect for the original tab and this rom installed in minutes. Literally the fastest install I've ever done.

Clockwork mod is the way in always use. Dl rom on pc, usb over (use stick mount btw) and then reboot in recovery.
