Anyone else in the Rayong, or Bang Chang area having problems with 3BB internet?

Do they have an office in Bang Chang or Rayong? If so where is it?

They have a number to call if you're having a problem. 1530

Then when the machine answers, press 9 for English.

They'll ask your location and/or account number and connect you with someone in your area.

The few times I've had to call them they're responded quickly and resolved my problem right away.

I did have a problem (South Pattaya) this last Sunday and again today. They were working on it and the operator said it was affecting people in this area. Now, Friday afternoon and evening, it seems to be back to normal here.

I found their office in Rayong yesterday, no office or sales point in Bang Chang.
