Coconuts Test-Drives The New Bangkok-To-Cambodia Bus Service

Just called, Transport and Co.

Bus service Bangkok - Phnom Penh is cancelled sad.png

Seems not enough customers. A lot of wind for nearly nothing ! blink.png

And the SR bus too or is that still running??? It had more pax.

Some probs in how this was set up and the Cambodian immigration extorting extra fees (on top of their already extra fee) did not help.

The route to Siem Reap should still be running, maybe the PP route again with High Season.

As stated in your LINK,

900 Baht for Bus to PP, 11 hours and flight Air Asia 1 hour, is about 2.300 - 2.500.- Baht, if you book some days in advance.

In times of Promotion 1.700.- Baht, Is that difference, 40 - 45.- Dollar worth the long Bus ride?

Only, if a very tight Budget makes it worth in my opinion. rolleyes.gif

The Airport border is also more easy to cross, than the Aranyaprathet - Poi Pet land border.

Was there first time and only time in my life, Pick Pocketed, by a bunch of Cambodian children. (1.300.- Baht)
