Go to any of the bike shops or restaurant cafe's that will know or point you in the right direction.

A hired bike is insured already, hir charge usually 150 bht per day or 200 bht @ 30 days that's about 6000 bht, not worth buying one for just a month.

Usually those type of places do deals on long term rentals.
