And lung injuries is common, but bot heals if you survive. However if I'm at a good age, and happy in life, and maybe more if I start to have bad health, I hope I'm not rescued if my hearth stops. I'm okay to not be rescued. -

Quite agree. In the UK it's a pull driving with a brake light not working. Not sure about here though. They only ever mention helmets and licences. -

You're probably under stimulated living isolated with Thai people who are famously simple minded and care free. Exercise is extremely important for me but you probably need to exercise your brain too. I'd find a new hobby which challenges the mind and spend most of your day doing that. -
