A 3.2-meter female crocodile was pulled dead from the Yangon River near Burma’s former capital Rangoon on Wednesday, the state-run New Light of Myanmar reported on Monday. The croc was found caught in a fisherman’s net in Kyauktan Township, rapidly drawing a large crowd of onlookers. The area near where the crocodile was found is home to several crocodile farms.
