Booked a couple of seats on a Nok Air fight to Phuket later in the year, always concerned with cheapo deals, don't make an error or you lose your cash.

Anyway checked everything at every stage and hit the confirm button, confirmation came back as confirmed flights to Chiang Mai. Blast, looks like we are going to spend Christmas in Chiang Mai and not on the beach.

Tickets arrive and they are for Phuket, now I'm confused.

Recheck my booking on the app and it still gives the destination as Chiang Mai but with Phuket flight number.

Call Nok Air and they confirm we are booked on the flight to Phuket.

Only time will tell.

Phuket at Christmas time wall to wall tourists. Maybe Nok Airs computer has a brain and was trying to direct you to a more pleasant area. But seriously last year we had a similar problem. Only took one phone call to Nok Air and all was straightened out.
