Lumpini Ville Soi 77 Or Similar

Featured Replies

Im looking for a room in Lumpini Ville on Soi 77 for around 10-15k or something similar in the chidlom-onut range. Only requirements are no studios and that it has a kitchen smalls fine.

Also looking in pattaya same price range but have very limited idea of a nice area to be in, just want to be within walking distance of beach and decently close to a market for food.

I lived at LumpiniVille Ville 77 for a number of years. Nice and quiet, and easy reach to On Nut BTS. If you are brave enough to use the motorcycle taxis, which are always outside, BTS less than 5 minutes away for 20 baht. Big C on the doorstep also.

In answer to your question, you are better going into the complex itself and looking at shop windows and the notice board beside the washing machines. Always condos up listed for sale and rent, that will easily fit your budget.

If you can not do this, pm me and I will send you an email address of a good lady friend who is an agent for the area.

Good luck.

I got friends renting there with your requirements in the 8000-10000 range. Wont find them online, just go and walk around the complex
