Moving To Korat

Hi Guys , have visited Korat many times and plan to move there in July from Hua Hin, no comments on that please, Have searched internet for rental properties and rental agents with very little success , can anyone reccomend a rental agency ? I need to rent for one year and then I will be buying a place after I sell my house in home country,

I am looking for a single storie unfurnished 2 to 3 bed 2 bath for between 10,000 and 12,000 pcm within a radius of 15 miles, Any help much appreciated,

I have rented a few houses in Korat. I have never found an agent. What I did was drive around the farang style housing developments looking for a rental sign. If the development had a front office I would ask there or ask the security guard. Also would stop at minimarts and ask if they knew of any house for rent.

Houses in Korat as you describe rent for anywhere from 5000B to 10,000B. !0,000 being very high. I would expect you can get a nice place for about 6000-7000B.

There are plenty of places for rent in Korat. I lived there for a while a year or so back. I stayed for 8 months. Best bet, as I did, is try asking in a couple of the western bars.
