Anything from Islay (single malt) that's at least 25 years old.

They just fell from the sky. Imagine that.

Why is the picture soooooooo smalllllllll.....

Maybe transam doesn't have an S4?

Nearly everything below, but in moderation:

Amarone or any ripasso with pasta, roast beef or a cheese course

Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vino Verde (with ice by the pool)

Mohito (cane whiskey, shaken with cracked ice and lot of mint and even Thai Basil thrown in)

Canadian Club and Canada Dry

Proper Gin Tonic in a Collins glass

Gin or Vodka w/bitters

Chivas & Perrier (2/3) over ice in a chilled beer mug

Single Malts sometimes

Courvoisier and B&B bring back Paris days

Beer, (room temp bitter) or a cold Pilsener

Beer Lao (either one)

I occasionally end up having one or two too many but my goal is everything in moderation.
