Yeah? Well <deleted> off then! :o

There are two chickens at my back door that are going to die, very soon, a total inability to tell the time appears to be instinctive in this country amongst the two legged feathered things.

Cockiside....... TLW

You mean you haven't got rid of them yet? What's the hold-up? (Roast chicken for dinner!)

Mmmmmmmmmmm Gai Yarn

Yeah, how about hot chocolate and mustard?

well we all know you like wine, but what sort, i can ask this question cos you sold my house without its infinity pool and i live and you have visited a very good wine region in swissland i an still the pink one one the left

I know this may sound like a cop-out, but I like all sorts of wine. Usually depends on what I'm eating. I had an Austrailian Shiraz earlier with a red pasta dish made with sun-dried toms, chorizo, olives and pepadew peppers - Yummy! Last night I had a Thai yellow curry with a Gerwurztraminer. For general drinking I like a nice Pinot Grigio or a Sauv Blanc. I have in stock maybe 100+ bottles of wine so always something interesting to dabble in. :o

Have you got a good Sancerre, that's probably my favourite white.

Oh yes, I love a good Sancerre, check this for something different, if not unique...

Here's a rare red not to be missed - soft, seductive, 100% Pinot Noir … red Sancerre!

Wine & Spirits magazine awarded this unique red an impressive 89 points - describing it as a "delicious, crisp, crunchy Pinot Noir". Wonderfully juicy and brimming with vibrant red-currant and cherry flavours, this is delicious either as a glass on its own or with lamb stew.

Sacré Rouge.... I want one, doesn't have to be the whole bottle, a glass will do...... I will now bang my head on the wall, it's taken three and a half years to get a decent steak pie here, two weeks later I get a real Vindaloo, I thought my worries were over as I had forgotten about some of the other joys of life (everything else outside a good pie or curry is in plentiful supply, except wine) I love wine, it's a good raison d'etra...... and I really really want some.

Despondent ..... TLW

"crunchy" ?

Thought they might have strained it before they bottled it.

Sod that, we are talking about wine here, any close association between a members name and another drink doesn't count.

(and I am going to strangle the living daylights out of this cockerel that doesn't own a watch.... time to bring bin-bin the dog from the village, looks soft, acts soft, but he guarantees a cock free zone)

sounds like the mutt has a few things in common with Thai women (although not exclusively) and certain species of ducks.

The only time I drink beer is in Thailand and yes, it's Tiger beer! :o

That would be quite a sight indeed... 90% of farang men in Thailand wearing pink frocks...

I like my beer (understatement)

but Chang gives me a vicious headache after only a dozen or two

Sadly a great number of them do, without the beer sanction applied !!!
