Which immigration office ?

Hello,

in the future, I"probably go to live in Maha phot, Prachin buri province

where will be my immigration office ( 90 days report, visa extension ): is it Chachoengsao ? and how good is the Internet connection ? ( I am now with 3BB and they are very good )
