Featured Replies

Does anybody know a good shop in Bangkok or chiang Mai to buy Iphone 4 or 4S so far the best price i could figure out is 9500 Bht for a 4 32GB

why would you want an Iphone 4S? that phone is rubbish, go to central mall on Huay Kaew road, lots of phone shops in there, and get the Galaxy S3. :)

The Allsmart shop sells phones with non-original parts. That is why they are so cheap. Good luck

Please, people in the know, explain to me

Why costs of electronic gadgets are so high in Thailand? w00t.gif

e.g. i-phone 5 (Apple) in Aus is $800 payable over 24 months AND including "Optus" Plan = unlimited talks to ANY number in Aus.

After 2 years the hardware is yours and you can pick your own provider.

i-phone 5 (Apple) in Thailand is around 24,000 Bt = $800 CASH. Nobody heard about the word 'Plan'. Am I missing something?

Who do we have to thank for this piracy? BTW there is 12% sales tax in Aus vs 7.5% VAT in Thailand. Soooo ? rolleyes.gif
