I got a problem I came in to thailand in 12 may 2013 with non b 90days single entry visa n the stamp on my passport permit to stay till 13 aug 2013

Got my work permit done and my non b visa say enter before on 12 aug 2013

When to to immigration to extend my non b visa 2weeks ago but could not get it extended the immigration say that the company I work for did not meet there min standard requirement

When I ask can I get a re entry permit they say yes just pay 1000 baht for a single entry n I can go out from thailand n come back with the same visa before 12 aug 2013 so If I depart from thailand on 3 aug 2013 n come back before 12 aug 2013 will my passport stamp (chop) show another 90 days or will it be stamp till the 12 aug 2013 ???

What can I do now

You must exit on August 13 or before to visit a Consulate in another country to obtain a non immigrant B visa (multi entry if you can get - may depend on how long your work permit is). A re-entry permit will not help you - that gets the same permitted to stay time you already have. Until your company meets extension of stay requirements you will have to leave every 90 days or less so you need to know what does not meet requirements (normally a start up company will not have tax paperwork for a year or two so that is likely the reason). If you are married to a Thai you might be able to extend for that reason but without extension you will have to leave every 90 days for a new visa or visa entry.

If your Work Permit is > 8 Months then Penang is a possibility for a One year Multiple Entry Non Immigrant Category 'B' Visa, see link below for details of paperwork required.
