Started to see some new flooding after all the landfill and construction in the Chiang Rai area. Now the water management team will spring into action. I had an inkling this was going to happen because lots of build considerations were not engineered for water runoff. Most of the new landfills and buildings were constructed so that the property was higher than surrounding area. So, the water is now flooding the lower areas. Get the boats out. Not new news, just saying....

In Bangkok they have been playing tilt the land and flood your neighbor for generations. Now I guess we get to play too.
