One Killer of Australian Luke Mitchell to be extradited soon.

Great news in that one of the Thai pack hunters that alledgedly hunted down Luke Mitchell in Melbourne after he stopped a fight, then waited to catch him alone and stab him to death, has given up his fight against extradition to Australia to face the music.

In 2011 the Thai courts were reported as ruling extradition must happen within 90 days. Of course claims of Australian courts are racist and cannot be trusted and if they should be tried at all it should be here.

On July 26th 2013 many Australian newspapers reported that one has given up his fight, and has dropped his appeal against extradition.

I thought perhaps one had picked up on the 2011 story where it was reported that they must legally be extradited within 90 days and rehashed it, but no, it seems that now in 2013 at least one has gotten sick of his Thai prison cell and wishes to be in Australian Protective Custody in a cushy Australian prison.

In case people don't know, Luke stopped a fight, then the Thais hid and followed him until he was alone and then 3 on one's him with a knife. Then immediately fled back to Thailand. After a long time 2 were arrested but the third is a son of a '...........'.
