SIM card with cheap international calls

Featured Replies

Hi just seeing if anyone can help me. I've been told of some SIM cards in Thailand that you can call internationally (mainly Australia) at really cheap rates. Does anyone know what SIM cards/plans they are called and what provider they are with?

Also what is the call quality like?

Thanks in advance :)

True inter sim cards. Simply dial '00600' instead of the usual '00' (or +) at the start of the number.

Go to any 7-11. Ask for the "Happy" SIM card. Very cheap international rates. The clerk will even install the sim card for you. I always use this brand when in Thai. When you are running low on SIM card funds, simply to to any 7-11 and tell them you want to add (fill up) money to the card. Very easy. Have fun.

Save the instruction data that comes with the Happy SIM card for your reference.
