You can get them at SE-ED book store at Tesco or the big C one as well where the book marks are on the stand.

Also at the luggage stand outside Tesco near the Doughnut shop.

They had some nice ones in the Baht shop next to Tesco express, on the ring road Taling Gnam. I was in there this morning, and they had some next to the till on the back wall. The packet also included a cheap luggage lock for 20 Baht.

Why luggage tags? It's well known that this tags indicate that you are not at home... Attach any individual item or sticker to your luggage without any personal information, that's enough

Agree, no addresses, but I always print out name, flight nos and my phone number on my computer then laminate it and hey presto a perfect luggage tag.
