Fella's trying bulk upload a few photo's from my recent jaunt around SEA, been trying for most of the day. I've tried using less photo's, it just keeps saying its timed out and, now, it won't stop loading.....?

Is it me or your servers.?

It took about 45 minutes to come up with the following message.

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

(I have done this before with no problems)

Howe many pics (or Megabyte) where you trying to upload? To me it sounds like your local ISP having an outage. Could you try again, please?

Still trying fella, I just pressed try again. Been going for half an hour ish again.

I'm uploading the max number of pics the page will allow. Just digi pictures from the disc. (am I bein dumb)?

Just me thinking out load. :D

“Do you mean from a CD disc or your Hard Disc ?”

“If it is from a CD disc (that may be the reason for the slowness of your up-loading) then first put the photos on your Hard Drive (Disc), then up-load a few photos and not as you mentioned “I'm uploading the max number of pics the page will allow”, remember to re-size all the photos, say 800 x 600 (650 kb), whilst keeping your “Original” photos safe and sound. i.e. make a copy of them first and then re-size the copies, then up-load say 4 or 5 photos at a time.”

Hopefully that should be as clear as mud to you !!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Yours truly, :D

I had the problem too since Thursday, always got the failure problem report about hosted name. But since last night it was going fine as the same. The problem might be MSN and Yahoo programm , not ours.

And I had many problem upload any big file or any file until I got a clue that I have *OUTPOST* blcok all the file. Do you have the icon like * ? * on your screen ? If you do have, click that mark away with right mouse. Later you can upload all of your files.

Hope it works. :o
