Well, it is about time we heard of all the happy things we have each day in our life . Things that can change your life or your day .Things that want you to tell people about , to make them happy too. Everything does not have to be negative in one's life . I heard today David 48 wife is having twins , what a wonderful occasion that is for them both. I myself was reading a post about "5 reasons you will never stay here" and I thought "i can tell members 100 reasons why I will stay here.
This is one of them ... Went down to trang and then onto ... had samran ... right on the ocean . Seen some land there (7 rai) right on the beach so myself, my wife and some friends made inquires and ended up buying the land for 3.5 million baht!! It is paradise with islands not far from the mainland . The city of trang is one of the cleanest in Thailand . So this is my happy day story

I hope its land before the beach ,as al beaches in Thailand are the sole property of the king and thus not for sale to farang nor Thais.might wanna check that property deed again or you wll not have such happy days.

sorry it is to the sand only the beach is about 8 metres from water then the land starts from there

we both thought it was a bargain. it is a dream I had for many years and I have that dream. i am happy we brought it . I have not many years in my life and this brings me happiness . If my wife is happy in the future than so am I .

thanks for you comment , cant believe that a happy post turns into shit. well that is thai visa isn't it. it was like when I started the 38 house village with my wife , everyone said do not trust her , well the village is 80% sold and if it was not for her it would have started at all. now we are reaping the rewards.. i am happy.

thats the way mate, these arse wipes need shit hung on them because they are totally brainless. Just because they do not have the ability to actually find a good bargain(that takes a bit of work so most wont do it). Maybe if they had good friends that were trustworthy they might change their minds. Land has checked out ok but why bother letting scumbags know how pathetic they are with all their negativity, after all, they have made their own lives miserable, lets just let them spit the dummy and sulk, morons. Mate like a few others in here(and it is easy to pick out these ones too, they are happy) we married our wives for love not as a trophy bride to show off to others like most of these drop kicks did(and they have to pay them or lose them), they know they cannot trust their own wives with their money so they have to try to make everyone else just as miserable, mate, let them waste away in their own shit, all us happy ones know the truth.

maybe thats because it was only put on the market that morning, we actually stopped the guy to get directions to another block and he had the new paperwork on him and it has all checked out ok. Too bad some of you whingers arent capable of doing anything positive with your lives except hang shit on anyone that does. It actually pays to know what you are talking about sometimes, you should try it.

I like youre sarcasting remarks and there are some fine jokers on this website but in the end i did not piss a few million baht down the drain and have the guts to boast about it .In the end i will be laughing about this and not the op of this fantastic story.I have yet to meet a fellow countryman who came back to my home country from Thailand explaining me about making millions in said country,now almost al of them end up back here living in what we call almost homeless shelters on social security checks.

I have digital television at home and one channel is completetely dedicated to stock market stuff ,not once in all these years have said people talked about investing money in Thailand or even property so apperantly stock market experts or property experts in Thailand are named noi or toy who went to school until the age of 12.But one learns everyday .......

on the day the salesman had copy of the tiles , we meet the owner and on Tuesday the land was checked out from a friend who works in the government land office in Trang , yes it was a bargain and we are happy we got this.so this has answer your question or do you need to know more.

today is going to be another happy day for me ,why? because if you want it to be happy then we can all do that . half full or half empty.

What am I happy for today? Let's see..

I I have the most wonderful lady. I enjoy my job. I have a nice apartment with nice neighbors. I like Thai food. I enjoy living in the tropics. I'm far away from all the nonsense going on in my country and don't need to worry about it. The tomatoes in my balcony garden are looking good. I love the rain, and it hasn't flooded yet. My better half brought back some great snacks from Japan. I'm going to have this infected molar taken out on the weekend. I just got paid. I got a new guitar. The BTS is working. The song taew prices are still 7 baht. I found a nice local Isan restaurant the other day. My cat's ear infection got better. I'm listening to Cheap Trick. I've already done my laundry. i'm feeling good after writing all this. Oh, and I read a happy thread, and didn't feel the need to engage in any negative comments.

Yep, it's a good day. (Hope I haven't jinxed it!)
