Looking for 'Voodoo Dolls' supplier

Hi, I'm trying to find a supplier or wholesaler for 'Voodoo Dolls' - those small keyring novelty dolls made from wrapped string, especially the ones that are better made and show celebrities and movie characters.

I have bought them before in Chatuchak and were told they were made somewhere around Chiang Rai.

If anyone has seen them being sold or has any leads I can follow up I would be very grateful.
