I cant work out which way to vote owing to the way the poll has been set up

I personally loathe him.....but how can you kick out a Man who has bought Chelsea more sucess in 2 years than they have achieved in the last 50?

I certainly feel that he needs to replace that little knome Robben and the carthorse Drogba with some quality players .. or maybee just use the talent he so regularly leaves on the bench!

If he was a Captain of Industry and had this type of success there is no way that his bosses would sack him because the staff (read supporters and press) did not like him

Chelsea FC is a BUSINESS like any other.. you don't sack your number one asset if he is delivering the goods even if he is disliked.

Once he does not start to deliver then thats the time to kick him out... not now I am sorry to say... but hey.. we have all got to loathe someone in Football.

Before it was Fergie... Morry has taken the heat off him...Souness, a very dislikeable character, how much would we have loathed him ..had he ever achieved anything in his managerial carreer, and who could forget the stick that The Turnip (Do I not like that-Taylor) got back in the 90's.

We all Love to hate someone and Jose is that Man right now... but he could not give a rats arse could he?

i say he should go he just comes across as a arrogant prick.

in fact if they a new manager they might even become stronger as a team and dominate for years to come.

Is there any bias there nev? After all, he has kept you from winning the title for 2 years. You'd probably like Kevin Keegan to take over eh :o:D

Nev mate... he IS a good manager...its just that nobody likes him except his players (well most of them I would guess...... I mean who would they replace him with?

Now David O'Leary at villa is a crap manager and even the fans hate him... I saw a banner at a game a few weeks ago which read "Nothing Personal...We Just Don't Like You" :D

I think O'Leary will loose his job this summer with Erikkson taking over if the rumours are true.

I really used to hate it when he was interviewed after the games when he was manager at Leeds always going on about "My Babies" :o

I hope Mourinho stays.

I don't want to be denied the entertainment of watching him crack up over the next couple of seasons as one of the chasing pack overtake him. He's already showing signs of it with some of his histrionics this season, and this is when he's winning. What's he going to do when the heat's really on? :o

Yes, but is there any other club in Europe which could spend so many hundreds of millions like his Russian boss pumped into Chelsea???

I think there would be a few other coaches who could do the job....and probably better, since he was not able to put Chelsea into the Champions League final...he just lost it.

Maybee you are right...time will tell..starting tomorrow.

I have gone on record as saying the English Guys in the team (along with their Goalkeeper) are Top Blokes.. and I would not want to see them fail for that reason.....

But he has a severe personality disorder... I am sure he thinks he is the "Second Coming" but refuses to accept "Coming Second"

I'm not sure that Mourinho is Chelsea's number one asset as someone suggested. I would have thought Russian Mafia Money was their number one asset.

If a club can buy the best players in the world and not suffer any financial consequences as a result, you could put a stuffed monkey in as manager and they would still win.

Thinking about it logically, you could argue that Mourinho's failure to win the Champions League in successive years makes him a huge liability. How long will it be before RA pulls the financial plug on Chelsea? If he withdraws his money, they are left with a massive debt, massive operating expenses in players salary, and nothing to cover them.

Then the club will implode in a way that will make what happened at Leeds a couple of years ago look like a walk in the park.

As a Villa fan I agree with this. He is always complaining about not having any money, and not being able to buy any new players. I know we have had a few problems with injuries, and have a small squad, but he should stop whining and get on with it.

Poor tactics and poor coaching is the reason why we are down at the foot of the table. Its crazy because the reserve team are currently second in their league and the youth team are top.

Give me Mourinho, and his weirdness anyday of the week.

As a Leeds fan, I've always loathed O'Leary. He is given credit for rebuilding Leeds and getting them to the CL semis a few years ago, but the reality is different. He inherited a solid defence from Graham, and was forced into playing youngsters like Smith, Woodgate, Kewell etc because of injuries. Luckily they were quality, but it's no credit to him. The real credit belonged to Howard Wilkinson (who ten years earlier invested in the youth set up at ER) and youth team coach Paul Hart who brought those kids on.

As a manager, O'Leary was useless. The players never respected him and his dealings in the transfer market were mediocre at best.

But for me his biggest sin was writing a book called 'Leeds on Trial' at the time of the Bowyer / Woodgate trials. <deleted> was he thinking? He lost the dressing room forever at that point.

And he's done nothing at Villa. He's been there three years and they club has gone backwards.

Maybee...but how long would the relationship between Mourinho and Deadly Doug last..... John Gregory had a similar style (ie not the press's favourite) , but he did not IMHO do that bad at Villa.. but he had a big mouth... not DD's style.. he like's YES men... just look at his previos Managers :o

That working relationship would be over before it began :D
