Modern condos with gym/pool facilities?

One thing I love about Bangkok is the nice modern high rise condos with great facilities (gym/pool). Does Chiang Mai offer anything like this? My budget is 15,000-20,000/month. (1 bedroom)

I'm trying to Google for "Chiang Mai new condo", but not coming up with much and keep seeing under development condos.

If anyone has specific names of the newer completed condo developments that are available for rent I'd really appreciate it.

I'm not in Thailand yet, but just trying to see what my money will get me Bangkok vs Chiang Mai.

You are going to find nice, new condominium complexes with shops, restaurant, fitness facilities etc but nothing compared to Bkk.
