Now that passport drop off & pick up is necessary at my usual visa agency and Immigration is supposedly more orderly, I'm going to do my 90 day report in person. But I'm unsure of some of the required answers, specifically Tambon and Amphur. I live near Wat Changkien, near Canal and Huay Kaew Rds. I think my Tambon (or Tambol on the form) is Chang Phueak and Amphur is Mueang Chiang Mai. Anyone know if that is correct? Thanks.
