My government 3rd party insurance card / document (the one you get at the Dept. of Transport) has gone missing and so seemingly has the copy that was made of it. It's still valid until next March.

Is it possible to take my Green Book to the Dept. of Transport to get a replacement?

Take the green book or a copy to the insurance agent where the insurance was made, you can then get a copy of the policy
