Don't tell me that I did something very stupid....I know that already.....facepalm.gif

To begin: I have a little cold that weakens me at the moment

Yesterday, I woke up and drank 2 strong coffee.

Than I went to the airport, fly to Bangkok and drank that mini cup of water

Came in the office and worked.

At approx. 3.30 PM I cleaned off what my dog left me.....and as it smelled that badly I took a big vodka (still not eaten anything).

At approx. 4 PM I eat quickly 4-5 piece of bread with ham and cheese....more ham+cheese than bread....drank something or not.

I never eat breakfast but usually I eat lunch but forgot it on that day.

At something like 5 or 5.30 (all the times are just estimate) I opened a Bacardi breezer and as I almost didn't drink anything all the day, I quickly drank 6 of it facepalm.gif

Than my stomach started to feel strange and got bigger and bigger. I thought I might have eaten to fat (might be also true) and drank a big vodka.

It got worse I looked like I am pregnant and felt pressure inside and of course feel pretty bad.

In the morning it was OK

Today in the morning I decided to not drink alcohol for 1 week.

Made myself a pork soup. Ate some of it at lunch and drink a lot water.

Now 2-3 hours after eating the soup I again feel blown up, but as I didn't eat much it isn't as bad as yesterday.

What do you think happened, and how long till my stomach repairs itself?

I am still trying to drink a lot water......

yes that is about the thing I am going to do.....having two light meals every day...maybe one more in the night, drink more water and no alcohol for 1 week.

Normally I always had a stomach like a pig.....seems I am getting older.....
