Dental Prices at Bumrungrad

Featured Replies

Just had some dental treatment at Bumrungrad had temporary filling in 2 teeth and xray the bill came to 555 baht does this seem the normal price for dental treatment in this hospital

Actually I am surprised it was that low...

yes seems low

Impossible. Must be some error. The hospital service fee is already two hundred odd baht without even touching your teeth.

Maybe he left off a zero. 5550 would be about right... 1000+ for the exam/dentist fee, 1000+ for Xray, 1000+ for each filling, + hospital add-on charge etc.

Dentist fee 130

Dental supplies 190

Facility 230

= 555 Baht

The only thing that I can see that might be wrong is the dentist fee maybe they left a zero of it but even if that was true the bill would still be only 1555 Baht I was in being treated for about 50 minutes

On another thing how much should I expect to pay for a root canal treatment in Bumrungrad or a normal dentist

How can zeros become 5 in the total? Something very wrong with those figures.

My typing mistake the Facility should read 235

Each time I use Bumrungrad (admittedly seldom)they charge me a 1000 TB doctor/exam fee and 200TB hospital fee. If I get meds, there is an additional charge. Never left there with a bill under 1200 TB even for minor issues.

It s too cheap to be true! That wont even make a doctor fee!
