Looking for Condo to Rent

I'm looking to rent a condo from anywhere from 1 month up to 6 months in pattaya (preferably north pattaya or central), close to the beach, must have good and reliable wifi, close to shops, kitchen preferred, as well as cable tv and lcd tv is preferred

Budget is from 6000 to 15000 p.m

Does anyone have anything which fits the bill, 1 month lease at a time is preferred as It would give me the option to travel and return.

Also, can anyone recommend reliable property agents to contact once I arrive to find a condo to rent, ones that don't add a large commission, speak English, have a wide range of properties and are helpful, if such a thing exists!!
