Coalition partners still support Pheu Thai: Charupong
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- Interior Minister and Pheu Thai Party leader Charupong Ruangsuwan said Sunday night that all coalition partners resolved to continue working with the Pheu Thai although opposition Democrat MPs have resigned en massed.

Charupong said the coalition parties would like to call on demonstrators to rally peacefully Monday and the coalition leaders would monitor the protest on the hourly basis.

Charupong said the leaders of the coalition partners supported Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's decision to uphold the Constitution. The coalition partners did not discuss House dissolution, he added.

He said the House dissolution would be the last option.

Banharn Silpa-archa, chief advisor the leader of Chart Thai Pattana Party, said he saw that the House could still work without the Democrat Party. He said the government should hold talk with protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban.

They realize that they are just useful for a semblance of democracy when in fact they are not even needed.

There reasoning is the PTP has the vote to do what ever it wants to do so we might as well side with them and have a place at the trough. Thailand dosen't count just maintaining are place at the feeding trough.

One of the rats jumped yesterday.

Regardless of what Charupong says we wait to see what the rats themselves have to say.

Possibly they are still cleaning out the bank accounts and getting the ill gotten into a safe place.

Then once they have the life jackets on we will see who will be next.
