CityNews – On 22nd December at around 3.30 p.m. the Chiang Rai Police reported that there was a serious car accident on the Mae Sai – Chiang Rai Road in Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai.

Maybe if they'd learnt to drive properly before taking control of their motor vehicles, 3 people would still be alive today. That's a dual carriage way, 4 lane highway. "Accident" shouldn't have happened.
