BTW ... the Band was excellent. When they played Wonderwall and followed up with a Paul Kelly number ... I knew we were in for a special night.

I just wish the steak had lived up to my cooking instructions.

Being a sanitised, white bread type of guy ... I requested a 'Medium' Rump Steak.

What I got delivered was a side salad, some yummy chips, cooked in the kitchen, not frozen ... but a steak that was, at best, medium rare ... they must have read JT's comment that I am now the Cocky Monster ... and like a bloody steak.

Beer wise, was a quiet night, only 3 stubbies before venturing out ... 7 Schooners of New at the Club and on a quiet stubby before I sleep ... it's 2.15am in the morning.
