The technical help section in Apple shops (genius bar) to provide expert service for all its products exists in the USA and Europe so why not in Bangkok.Apple must have some huge sales figures in Thailand,certainly for Iphones.So no excuse there.Or maybe there is? Perhaps the fact they sell such volumes in Bangkok there really is no need for them to offer the service?

Might have something to do with Apple Thailand being based in Singapore. AFAIK, all the Apple stores here are just resellers. For warranty service, I have to phone for approval to send it to BKK, and once they receive it they'll order what they need from Singapore.
