Depends on the value of the land, how long it has been owned and what title it has, amongst other things.

It depends also on other factors.

For example, if land is transfer as A GIFT IN FAMILY, taxes are lower.

It depends also on title deed. We presume it is a Nor Sor Sam or higher (Land Department) but OP don't mention what it is. For Por Bor Tor, it is different.
