Best Property Agency in Bangkok to sell a condo

Dear All,

Thinking of selling my condo in Bangkok through a property agency in Phrakanong-Bang Na area. Any advise which is the best agency? Suppose an 'international' one like fe Century21?

Do these agencies ask for 'exclusive rights' on selling the condo, meaning I can give it only to one agent?

Sorry, the condo is in Phrakanong-Bangna area. The agent can be anywhere.... a bit late in the evening already...

Whether they ask for that right or not only a complete fool would give them it, and I dont think many vendors in Thailand are that stupid.

Here is no any exclusive things possible, because you will not give your condo documents to them. Can advertise in many agencies, who sell - will have a profit.

Give your unit to a main agent and tell them to spread it around to their local people. Let them fight it out on any commission.
