I'm not sure what's going on in the underground garage area at Market Village now (they seem to be turning it into more retail space, but at the bottom of one of the escalators that runs from the ground floor to the garage level there was a very good key maker who had blanks that no one else seemed to have. Not sure if he's still there but easy to have a look. There also used to be two at Chat Chai fresh market, one on the front side on Phetkasem road and one on the back side on Sa Song road. Look for a Yellow Key hanging in the air above for a sign of those key makers.

He's been relocated to 2nd floor (1st in UK), as you come up the escalator looking towards HomePro, turn right and you'll see him.
