Soya mince

Does anyone know where I can buy it? Have only found the chunks and they are not what I want.

In my local Tesco (not CM) they have bags of dried soya mince, the sort you need to soak in hot water. I comes in a green bag with a clear window so you can see the contents. There's different sizes of "mince" available by this manufacturer. Hope it helps.

Also, you could try some of the vegetarian restaurants such as the Blue Orchid. As far as I can remember they sell bits and pieces for home cooking.
